Before I start, wanna give thanks & blessings to our Creator of the Heavens & Earth. Am not ashamed of my past or actions cause it lead me to where I stand today. Ive been mocked, laughed and talked about how going to church was a hobby I did just for the moment. So You Can Judge Me or Walk With Christ Side By Side With One Another. Am Praying that my Testimony will Encourage Those Who Know Christ yet are afraid to walk back with him, and also for the Non-Believers To Get Closer To Christ. I grew up in church as a young kid in brooklyn, nyc from the age of 5-12. Growing up in church was fun but I didnt understand the Word of God. Moved to Reading, PA, lived a great childhood, parents raised me in an amazing way, just like any family, we struggled but manage to get thru it. At the age of 18, dealing with a hard breakup with my girlfriend at the time, dropping out of college cause I couldnt afford it, & dealing with the Cold & Hard Divorce of My Parents lead me to partying & drinking. Began smoking weed, & lusting for many women. Seen so many drugs in front of me like Acid, Weed, Pills of E, Shrooms, Seeing My Friends Being So High Made me Tempted yet I only smoked. I had a mindset tellin myself, "Hey your young, live life to the fullest. For 7 months straight I drank Vodka straight blacking out from not handling how much I Drank, I wanted to numb my pain I was suffering thru. Almost Killed Myself Twice while choking on my own vomit while sleeping. Until this day, I thank God for my boys Ty & Tito who looked out thru my drunken days even if they were angry with me.
God called on me serveral of times to go to church in Late 2009, yet I used excuses and lies not to go back cause I was afraid. Giving It A Chance, first day of 2010, I went to church & that month i repented after God spoke to me thru this preacher, the minister told me God is telling me if you dont stop what your doing, that a bullet with my name would come for me. Back in October of 2008, I took a walk at 4am being angry n hurt by an arguement I had with a girlfriend of mines at the time. I was robbed by two gunman, and by the Grace of God, he gave me a second chance to Life. Two Guns Pointblank to my face, they werent afraid to shoot, they had no fear to shoot, but by the power of God's Grace & Good Mercy They Let Me Go Cause God Had Other Plans For me. 13 Days After That, I Got Set Up By a Best Friend and Got Jumped. So I then repented and Ill never forget how much I cried that day. But after church, I decided to go out yo a party n drink thirty shots of drinks.
Through The Ten Months of Walking With Christ, Yet Addicted To What The World Had To Offer Me. I struggled with sex n drinking, getting right with God. Got addicted to Porn overtime, so I then couldnt take it anymore n starting having sex with many women while in church. I couldnt stop what I was doing, So I left the church from all the guilt.
Knowing how Great God's Love Was, I decided to Live For me. Around this time, my father had moved out and then in the beginning of 2011, my mother had moved as well. Little Sister Moved to Maryland. My Family Had Fell Apart n what meant the world to me was having my family together, feeling depressed and alone, felt so much pain like I had no one.
Turning 21, I was so confused n lost, months passed by, I slept with more women in one week, started smoking again, at this point I couldnt sleep without a beer in my hand. I began feeling my spirit leading to Death. Proverbs 2:16-19 explain how lust will grow by eating your spirit, regardless of how pretty or hot it is, how incredibly natural it feels, or how sure you are that no one knows, it will kill u. Not caring for Life, I asked myself daily I dont even know why am still here God if I wany nothing to do with you. I was trying determine throwing the dice but trying to figure out how they would fall, only The Lord can do that.
Before Accepting Christ Again, I would smoke to numb my pain, drink to forget the World. But as time went on, I refused his Amazing Love as he called out to me serveral of times, Living in Lust & Sin. Fooling People With My Sweetheart Side On The Outside Yet Inside Lust Was Eating My Spirit. I Lived Around a Crowd of Party People Yet I Was So Alone Losing So Much Sleep Feeling The Guilt Every Night. I use to put myself down, feeling guilty, hating myself for playing girls and becoming this image of a man I hated, not loving anyone or myself, God showed me how to love him n myself. As he showed me how to love, I began to love the person I was becoming thru him.
During Late July of 2011, I felt I needed change, so he sent me the Love of my Life, she motivated me in every way to go to her church yet i was scared, but i needed someone to push me and she was the one God used to get me closer to him, i then went to a concert of A GROUP CALLED CONFESS & BE FREE, she sang for it was the start of my relationship back with God, everything I heard convicted me in the past two weeks at thursday services at church convicted me. In the next two weeks, gave my Life competely to Christ, gave up all my addictions, the drinks, drugs n my sinful life. I cried so much, even after i repented n after the service, i told God how sorry I was n how ashamed i was of myself. Thank God For Sending me My Future Wife Who is The Singer of Her Father's Church Who is a Pastor.
By the Grace of God, I will be getting baptized soon. To know he has blessed me with a family, knowing how much my family fell apart, it meant the world to me. He gave when i didnt even deserved it, but John 3:16 explains that. He shown me not to be afraid to come toward to him, theres no point in hiding behind an image if God sees, knows, and cares. So to those who are afraid? I hope this has helped you to go to him, cry out to him, he knows you better thrn anyone. He wants to start a relationship with you, but you have to accept him into your heart. Surrender your all to God, & Encounter His Love. God calls you his bride in the bible, hes begging you to start a new life with him, forget bout your past n live a new life with him for eternal. So say Yes You Do. God Never Gave Up On Me, So Now I Never Give Up On Him. I Use To Think I Was a Hypocrite, But Christ Shown Me That Nobody's Perfect, We All Make Mistakes, Yet He Accepts Me For Who I Am Through All My Downfalls..Thats The Beauty of Christ! It Was My Choice...His Will!!!
